The Benefits of StormTech®

StormTech® Isolator Row

The StormTech® Isolator Row, a row of StormTech® chambers wrapped in woven geotextile fabric (with two layers at the bottom), is a filter strip that provides enhanced suspended solids and pollutant removal while providing surface area for infiltration and runoff reduction. What makes the Isolator Row unique and effective as a water quality practice is that it provides all of the following features and benefits.

Loading - Installation .jpg

Strength

The StormTech® chamber is proven to be one of the strongest systems on the market and is designed for loading up-to F900. The system has been used in mainly service yards with HGV loading and airports around the world. One of the benefits is you can use site vehicles over the tank during the construction phase with minimal cover (depending on which chamber you use) even if the tank isn't completed.

Installation

The system doesn't require any on site welding and uses a liner that only requires an over-lap. With the chambers featuring an interlocking design, installation can be completed quickly keeping large deeply excavated areas open for short periods of time. This will save time and costs for other aspects of the project.
